**Responsibilities:**

As an LVN, you'll work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician. You'll also supervise the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff in delivering direct resident care. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents
• Supervising CNA staff to ensure excellent resident care
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve resident care objectives

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing, currently licensed by the State. You'll also need to be able to relate positively to residents and families, work cooperatively with other employees, and maintain regular attendance. Additionally, you'll need to be able to supervise other employees and work collaboratively to achieve resident care objectives.

**Physical and Sensory Requirements:**

As an LVN, you'll need to be able to perform various physical and sensory tasks, including walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing, and pulling. You'll also need to be able to hear and respond to pages, distinguish smells, tastes, and temperatures, and read and write. Furthermore, you'll need to be able to communicate verbally and in writing with residents, families, personnel, vendors, and consultants.
