Critical Care Nurse Manager

This is a critical care nurse manager position at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities in the department to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and optimum use of resources.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care services.
- Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with the Director to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Florida Nurse Practice Act, Joint Commission requirements, infection control practices, and quality improvement practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BS in nursing or health-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' progressive management experience in acute healthcare setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS certification approved by the American Heart Association.
- FL RN License.
