Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues collaboratively with the accounting team and management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and technology, including spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and concise interactions with stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Capability to lift up to 20 lbs. unassisted and maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience.
  • In-depth understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Extensive experience in data management and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
