Bakery Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Yoke's. As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for leading our bakery department, ensuring the highest quality products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the bakery department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
