In this leadership role, you will be accountable for managing and coordinating all facets of our cybersecurity initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various departments to safeguard the integrity of our clients' IT systems and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for cybersecurity-related inquiries from clients, offering guidance and expertise to resolve their security issues.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to improve our cybersecurity operations, including enhancements in processes, technology upgrades, and training programs.
  • Oversee the monitoring and analysis of security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities, coordinating appropriate responses to mitigate risks.
  • Manage the daily operations of the cybersecurity team, focusing on security monitoring, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to incorporate cybersecurity best practices into our overall business functions.
  • Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, technologies, and regulatory standards, ensuring our team is well-prepared to address them effectively.
  • Assess and manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors and service providers to ensure the effectiveness of security solutions and services.
  • Conduct cybersecurity training programs for employees and clients to enhance awareness of security best practices and minimize risks.
  • Mentor and serve as an escalation point for a growing team of cybersecurity analysts and engineers, fostering professional development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, demonstrating a proven track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members toward excellence.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with security operations tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
  • Experience in a managed services environment is advantageous.
