Job Overview

As a travel Physical Therapist, you will work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) unit, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patients' goals
  • Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises and modalities to promote recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a travel Physical Therapist with Ardor Health Solutions, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist in your state
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a SNF setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Estimated salary for this opportunity is around $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and location. We also offer a tax-free stipend, which will be determined based on the specifics of your assignment.
