Physical Therapist, Outpatient, Full-Time
Position Summary:
This position evaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates patients to determine physical therapy needs
- Develops and implements treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
- Provides direct patient care, including exercises and therapies
- Communicates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
- Documents patient progress and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelors, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Preferred: Previous experience in the outpatient setting
Certifications:
- Required: State Licensure
