Job Summary

Thrive Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled therapist to join our team. As a therapist, you will provide mental health treatment to patients in our outpatient and off-site programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
  • Document sessions and maintain accurate records
  • Represent Thrive at school and community events
Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted license as an LGPC, LGPAT, LGMFT, LGDAC, or LMSW under the Maryland Professional Counseling and/or Social Work Board
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
