Job Summary

As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing our organization's capabilities in capturing and managing product creation data, accelerating innovation processes. This position requires a strong background in data design, data strategy, and data architecture, with a focus on the AI space.

Key Responsibilities

Data Standards and Governance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product data standards, best practices, and a robust data governance model tailored to prioritized innovation projects.

Data Modeling and Literacy
Assist in creating a comprehensive product data model that outlines how we capture, organize, and utilize product data effectively. Provide subject matter expertise to educate and enhance data literacy within the Innovation Product Creation teams, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.

Process Documentation and Improvement
Participate in tactical working groups to define and document current and future data-driven product creation processes, ensuring clarity in metadata collection, metrics definition, and data organization.

Qualifications

Experience
7+ years of experience in data design, data strategy, data architecture, and/or data modeling, with a strong background in the AI space.

Innovation Mindset and Communication Skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid prototyping environment, demonstrating creativity and adaptability. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, understandable terms for non-technical teammates and leaders.
