  • Conduct regular patrols of the venue to identify potential security risks and prevent incidents.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to security-related calls, ensuring the safety of all individuals on site.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure in all interactions.
  • Investigate incidents, compile accurate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with security supervisors and management to develop and implement security strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with patrons, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform various duties as assigned, adapting to changing situations and priorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current valid CA Guard card or security license required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties, including walking, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
