MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interventional Radiology RN to provide critical nursing care to cardiac patients while assisting the Interventional Radiologist, Vascular Surgeon, and Endovascular Neurosurgeon in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for procedures, including inserting and removing intravenous lines.
- Administer medication, including moderate sedation, and monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures.
- Oversee the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Provide post-procedure monitoring and education to patients and family members.
- Active RN License
- Degree from accredited nursing program
- BLS Certifications
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Interventional Radiology setting
- Weekly pay and direct deposit
