Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work in the day program or residence of a person served, providing active engagement and support to ensure the individual's needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Implement all aspects and interventions of the individual's Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
- Collect and submit behavior data on a daily basis
- Teach and instruct individuals to do as much as possible for themselves
- Maintain confidentiality of the person(s) served
- Communicate concerns related to the persons served and house operations needs to the BCBA, House Manager, or Division Manager
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of the 40-hour RBT training program
- Successful completion of RBT Initial Competency Assessment, conducted by a BCBA
- Ability to work as part of a team and lift, pull, and push adequate weight to assist individuals supported
