Role Overview: The Lead Program Manager will deliver expert technical advisory services to the Motion GEOINT Services team, specifically supporting the PM and Deputy PM in enhancing interoperability between the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and ISR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized technical support for the integration of tactical exploitation with national intelligence and facilitate the national exploitation of tactical intelligence.
  • Assist Military Services in the development of Intelligence Systems.
  • Leverage technical and acquisition expertise to execute rapid projects involving Hyper-Spectral Imagery (HSI) and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) tactical data, focusing on interoperability, testing, data processing, analysis, storage, and dissemination.
  • Manage daily administrative functions for TIAT, including task processing, meeting coordination, and preparation of weekly activity reports.
  • Support governance and exercise activities for DI2E/DCGS and assist TIAT leadership in presentations and briefings.
  • Contribute to the drafting and delivery of MGS program presentations to external stakeholders.
  • Provide engineering and project management support for the NGA Airborne Exploitation Capabilities (AEC) contract, from requirements gathering to operational support and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reviews.
  • Oversee multiple airborne projects, focusing on enhancements and installations within the program office.
  • Assist the government PM/COR with financial planning, independent cost estimates, and reviews of ROM/BOM.
  • Monitor contractor software development processes to enhance version delivery testing, including responsibilities as NGA Test Director for MAAS version deliveries.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years of specialized experience in working with tactical sensors and data integration within DoD, NGA, or US/Coalition Mission Partners. Proven experience with NGA or DoD acquisition processes and program/project management is essential.
