Assembly Technician

Thorlabs is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, working alongside experienced team members to assemble high-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and inspect components and products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including cleaning and preparing parts and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records in our Manufacturing Database.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-6 months of experience in manufacturing or hands-on work (training provided).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and adhere to high-quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, good work ethic, and ability to adapt to changing tasks.
  • Basic math knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
