Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of electronic and electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Work independently to identify and resolve quality issues while adhering to customer specifications.
  • Review and audit test data results to ensure compliance with established procedures and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records for acceptance or rejection of inspected items.
  • Generate reports detailing inspection results, trends, and any nonconformance issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential; flexibility to work additional hours may be required.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a quality inspection role.
  • Skills: Proficient in using measurement and test equipment; capable of interpreting engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $20.10/hour to $30.10/hour, based on experience and qualifications.


Work Environment:

This role may require physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment may include exposure to dust and other manufacturing conditions.
