Caregiver/Healthcare Assistant

At All Ways Caring HomeCare, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist nurses with various basic care activities, ensuring the personal needs and comfort of patients are met.
- Dress, groom, bathe, feed, and take vital signs of patients, promoting their overall well-being.
- Answer call lights, assist with toileting, oral care, nail care, catheter care, and help patients with mobility issues.
- Transport patients, turn bedridden patients, and report any changes in patient condition.
- Clean patient rooms and change bed linen, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Take and record temperature, pulse, and respiration rate, monitoring patients' health.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed.
