We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Investigator to lead our investigative team in San Diego. Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, with experience in conducting investigations and supervising staff. You will work closely with our investigators to ensure that all investigations are conducted in accordance with our department's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and supervise a team of investigators in conducting complex investigations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  4. Provide training and guidance to investigators on regulatory matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or public administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on investigations and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including California Penal Code Section 832 et seq.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Benefits
