Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Nutritional Services Generalist to join our team at AdventHealth Kissimmee. As a key member of our hospitality and nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food items, including menu planning and execution
  • Operate a cash register with speed and accuracy while providing world-class customer service
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with production cooks, other staff, and customers to ensure seamless service and minimize waste
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation of the department
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of food items and ability to interact with customers to answer questions and promote food offerings
  • Previous cash register and cash handling experience; ServSafe certification a plus
