Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Crew Chief to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects, ensuring timely and quality completion, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead restoration projects, including fire and water damage mitigation, content cleaning, and mold abatement
  • Direct and supervise restoration technicians and staff laborers to ensure quality and productivity
  • Ensure all required documentation, including forms and photo-documentation, is completed in accordance with established protocols
  • Provide excellent customer communication and relations
  • Perform other duties as required, including job functions outside the scope of normal duties
Requirements
  • Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience
  • Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company is highly desired
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel out of town and move/lift 50+ lbs
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT)
