Job Title: Restoration Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team at ServiceMaster DSI Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of restoration technicians in the completion of residential and commercial fire and water damage restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of restoration technicians in the completion of restoration projects
  • Direct and supervise the work of restoration technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed in accordance with established protocols
  • Provide excellent customer communication and relations
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience
  • Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company is highly desired
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous restoration experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel out of town
  • Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT)
