Job Summary:

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Per Diem SLP, you will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic services to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
