Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of licensed nurses, provide direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Observe and intervene to prevent maladaptive behaviors, and contribute to the development of a therapeutic treatment plan.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate Degree or higher in a human services field preferred.
  • BLS certification preferred.
  • One year of clinical experience as a healthcare provider on a psychiatric unit preferred.
