We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for a skilled mortgage consultant specializing in Islamic financing, alongside conventional mortgage originations for residential properties. This role offers flexibility to work from various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek new residential mortgage opportunities to achieve set production and quality standards.
  • Build and nurture a robust network of professional relationships to secure a steady stream of mortgage loan referrals, including connections with real estate agents, builders, and community leaders.
  • Enhance your network by engaging in community events, attending relevant workshops, and collaborating with Islamic organizations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our lending programs, operational procedures, and compliance regulations.
  • Distribute marketing materials effectively within Muslim communities.
  • Organize and conduct educational sessions at community gatherings and places of worship.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of continuous experience in a mortgage-related role, with a proven track record of generating business independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
  • Capability to facilitate Islamic finance transactions across multiple states.
  • S.A.F.E. Act licensing is required prior to commencement.
  • Conversational proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is advantageous.
