We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mooyah, the fast-growing, quick-service restaurant that cares about its team, customers, and ingredients.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and control restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and labor costs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
