Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at MOOYAH, the largest MOOYAH franchisee in New England. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of supervisors to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
