Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Operator I to join our team at Kelly Services. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment and ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Testing: Conduct thorough testing of products using specific test fixtures, tools, and procedures to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Enter test results into the quality system, interpret diagnostic data, and label products appropriately for the next process stage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to identify and report defective components promptly.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics testing, preferably in a test environment.
  • Skills: Knowledge of PCB assembly, product assembly processes, component value identification, and component nomenclature.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $16.50 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
