  • Achieve and maintain State certification for antibiotic testing in accordance with company standards.
  • Adhere to food safety and quality protocols by complying with all relevant regulatory, customer, and SQF requirements.
  • Embrace a continuous improvement approach by identifying process enhancement opportunities.
  • Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times.
  • Follow all mandated safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
  • Basic math skills are essential, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Experience in the food and beverage sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to assess flavors in various product types is a plus.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend throughout the shift, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to work in a wet environment and potential exposure to chemicals and various food products.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong teamwork skills are essential.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting is necessary.
  • Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
Position Details

This is a full-time temporary-to-hire role. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with the expectation of flexibility for overtime as needed. The compensation for this position is $23.02 per hour, with the pay range based on various factors such as education, experience, location, and specific job responsibilities.
