Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and authorize vendor invoices for payment
  • Execute vendor payments in alignment with the dealership's payment protocols
  • Keep precise records of all financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and verify accurate payment documentation
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies related to vendor invoices
  • Compile and present financial reports to management
  • Adhere to established accounting policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial operations or a similar field
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills
