Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients to explain reverse mortgages.
  • Use company-provided leads to introduce clients to Longbridge Financial and qualify them for counseling sessions and applications.
  • Collect pertinent information from clients, originate reverse mortgages, and perform necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity and use a computer proficiently.
  • Meet licensing requirements and maintain a positive attitude.
