Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with medication reminders and communication with healthcare providers.
  • Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
