  • Build relationships with key executives and decision-makers within assigned accounts.">
  • Design efficient sales strategies to maximize client outreach through various methodologies and techniques.">
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A successful track record of selling software services and professional services to clients.">
  • An understanding of the insurance vertical and industry trends.">
  • Experience building relationships, networking, and influencing CXOs and senior business decision-makers.">
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to multiple stakeholders and cultures.">
  • Strong people management skills, consistently demonstrating the ability to align teams towards a common goal.">
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience managing complex clients and sales cycles.">

What We Offer

iShare Inc offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including relocation assistance for candidates willing to relocate from India.
