  • Monitor open tables and booths to optimize seating arrangements.
  • Assess the dining pace of guests to provide accurate wait time estimates.
  • Assist in clearing, setting up, and maintaining tables to ensure a tidy dining environment.
  • Demonstrate agility and speed in all tasks.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu and presentation styles.
  • Skillfully carry multiple dishes and deliver them to the correct guests.
  • Utilize the intercom system to communicate with guests cheerfully.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager on duty.
  • Adhere to the uniform policy throughout your shift.
  • Utilize the Point of Sale system to process orders accurately.
  • Handle cash transactions and provide change to guests responsibly.
  • Possess basic computer skills for online scheduling tasks.
  • Obtain a TABC Certification as required.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using the Point of Sale system for order processing.

Ability to manage cash transactions and provide accurate change.

Basic computer skills for scheduling purposes.

Capability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit and TABC Server Seller Certification prior to commencing training.
