Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Prep/Line Cook to join our team at Kura Sushi Garden Grove. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

• Fresh Food Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, including fish, vegetables, and other components, to create our signature sushi dishes.
• Quality Guest Experience: You will work closely with our front-of-house staff to ensure that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience, from food preparation to serving.
• Multitasking and Teamwork: In this fast-paced environment, you will need to multitask and work effectively as part of a team to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
• Food Safety Standards and Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is crucial in our kitchen, and you will be expected to adhere to strict food safety standards.
• Sushi Preparation by Kura Standards: You will be trained on our proprietary sushi preparation methods and will be expected to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
