- Quality and Safety: Ensure that patient care meets the highest standards of safety, effectiveness, and patient rights, adhering to all infection prevention initiatives and protocols.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure: Current State of Texas Registered Nurse license.
- Certifications: Current AHA BLS Certification, Current AHA ACLS Certification, Current AHA PALS or ENPC, CPI Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, Basic computer knowledge, Proficient in interpreting EKG.
