Job Description

We are seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our Baltimore office. This position will support our Affordable Housing Industry Group.

CohnReznick has been on the cutting edge of innovative community development for nearly 40 years. We have helped lead the growth and sophistication of the community development industry through tax credit programs, policy shaping, and collaboration with state and local economic development programs.

Your Role

As an Assurance Senior Associate, you will:

  • Lead client engagements and take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
  • Develop detailed engagement work plans and illustrate budgets and schedules
  • Actively participate in proposals and manage a team of staff associates
  • Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management and timely communication
Your Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
  • Real estate or Affordable Housing experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
