We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at BluSky. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, including customer service, vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including project schedules, budgets, and progress.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
  • Expertise in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and local officials.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
