Position Overview
We are in search of a highly skilled Estate Planning Attorney to enhance our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and execution of estate planning documents.
  • Address a variety of legal issues, focusing on estate planning and probate matters.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to optimize the delivery of legal services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant legal, regulatory, and business environments to provide insightful counsel to clients.
  • Engage in business development efforts, fostering relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the firm in legal proceedings, draft necessary legal documents, and provide guidance on legal rights and responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in legal activities.
  • Mentor and train junior attorneys and staff, promoting a culture of professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
  • Familiarity with conservatorships and guardianships is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with effective communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in legal research and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to ethical standards in the legal profession.
  • Competent in utilizing legal software and technology.
