  • In this position, the Installation Specialist will be tasked with the installation of various HVAC equipment in accordance with our quality standards, policies, and manufacturer guidelines. Responsibilities include wiring both low and line voltage systems to heating and cooling units, installing copper refrigerant lines, and executing brazing and soldering tasks. The role also involves setting up flex and sheet metal duct systems in commercial properties, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed, and confirming proper gas line connections. Effective communication with management, team members, and clients is essential, providing regular updates on project statuses.

Compensation Package: The role offers an hourly wage of up to $40/hr, with potential for overtime. Additional benefits include a company vehicle and gas card, fully covered health insurance, a 401k plan with company matching, generous paid time off, and more.

Qualifications: Candidates must be Journeymen or Master HVAC technicians with a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems. A valid driver's license is required, along with experience servicing systems in corporate, institutional, educational, industrial, or governmental settings.
