As a key member of our Reagent Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting our reagent operations equipment, assessing equipment for optimization, qualifying replacements, and monitoring our processes to ensure our patients have the tests they need.

This role is part of our Manufacturing Engineering team, reporting to the Process Engineering Manager responsible for the design, implementation, and support of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting existing custom automation equipment
  • Scoping and documenting new and replacement equipment
  • Determining innovative solutions to solve challenging problems

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2+ years related experience OR Master's degree in field
  • Experience working with PLCs and HMIs
  • Experience with one of the following: robotics, motion control, servo and drive systems, machine vision applications, or controls software integration
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with automated equipment
  • Knowledgeable with electrical schematics, control panel design, and wiring skills
