About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Kohl's. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders and returns, and loading and unloading trailers.
  • Input data to prepare reports and provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
  • Collaborate with vendors, associates, and locations to resolve disputes and review compliance.
  • Follow all company, state, local, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to promote a safe work environment.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including those related to accuracy and productivity.
  • Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company and comply with dress code requirements.
  • Adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs.
Requirements
