Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team at Seven Seven Software. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered web-based applications using Java and JavaScript technologies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Translating UI/UX design wireframes into functional code that meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technical implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure web applications that meet business requirements.
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Working closely with the UI/UX team to define the visual elements of the application and ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of development experience in a high-paced, pressure-oriented environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, CSS, and Java 1.8.
  • Experience with GIT, Team City, JIRA, Fiddler, and other development tools.
  • Strong understanding of database analysis and design, including SQL, stored procedures, and query tuning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members in India and New York.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and define the appropriate design with respect to data modeling, configuration, and customization of Contact Center applications.
  • Strong people management and development skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple development projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop and follow change management processes for consistent and maintainable versions.

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience within the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work with Business Partners and Program Management teams to ensure timely business deliverables.
  • Experience with performance trouble shooting and remediation, as well as data model designing and modeling tools.
  • Ability to develop and follow change management processes for consistent and maintainable versions.
