  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal guidance, ensuring high-quality solutions and timely delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Platform Architects, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Typescript, NodeJS, AngularJS, and related technologies.
  • Development Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing web-based applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Core Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as Java certifications.
