Your Responsibilities

We are in search of a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance Specialist. This role is pivotal as our maintenance staff often serve as the primary point of contact for our residents. We seek someone who not only possesses the necessary technical skills but also prioritizes exceptional customer service to enhance the resident experience.

Key Duties Include:

  • Upholding the aesthetic appeal of the property
  • Completing daily maintenance checklists
  • Ensuring cleanliness of exterior mats
  • Monitoring and maintaining exterior lighting
  • Collecting litter and debris
  • Arranging poolside furniture
  • Overseeing grill cleanliness on a daily basis
  • Managing unauthorized signage
  • Emptying outdoor waste receptacles
  • Utilizing safety equipment as required
  • Inspecting the condition of flags and poles
  • Touching up paint on exterior surfaces
  • Monitoring irrigation systems
  • Assessing the health of trees, shrubs, and flowers
  • Maintaining walkways and breezeways

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage is commensurate with experience, ranging from $13 to $15.
  • Overtime and on-call responsibilities will be scheduled as needed.
