Infosys is looking for a Senior SAP IBP Strategy Consultant

This role demands a seasoned professional who will engage in various stages of the consulting process. You will be deeply involved in business process analysis; identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing them effectively. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the design, configuration, and execution of comprehensive solutions. Your expertise will guide teams through project methodologies, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client education, and internal skill enhancement while helping to clarify project objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology is required.
  • This position may necessitate travel and/or relocation to project or client sites.
  • U.S. citizens and individuals authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in comprehensive supply chain planning and 7 years specifically in SAP IBP.
  • Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of IBP for Supply.
  • Proficient in IBP configuration and support.
  • Experience with S4-IBP integration for Master Data and Transaction Data.
  • A deep understanding of the IBP Supply planning process, including heuristic and optimizer methodologies, is essential.
  • Willingness to work during off-hours or weekends, if necessary.
  • Prior experience in supporting APO Supply planning and integration is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate with offshore teams for production support, including job monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Experience with CI-DS troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, a quick learning attitude, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills are required.
  • Integration experience with Demand, Inventory, and Replenishment Planning is a plus.
  • Experience in designing and developing end-to-end Forecast to Schedule processes, including integration with other functional areas like MTD/OTC.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of integration from and to legacy systems with SAP S4 and IBP systems is a plus.

This position involves both sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions is required. Travel may be necessary based on job requirements.
