Job Overview

PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients. We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Identify testing efforts required based on design and requirement documents;
  • Write test cases for functional and regression testing;
  • Create test data to support test cases;
  • Effectively execute web application test cases to meet project deadlines;
  • Anticipate tasks to meet schedule deadlines and resolve issues to avoid delays;
  • Monitor individual test progress by constantly assessing assigned work against deadlines;
  • Work with project tools for test case execution and defect reporting;
  • Presentation of testing status to team leads and managers;
  • Collaboration with client and partner counterparts and resolution of comments and issues;
  • Support for client User Acceptance Test efforts;
  • Assistance to clients in understanding scope;
  • Assistance in test automation efforts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years of experience writing test cases for web applications;
  • 4+ years of experience executing web application test cases;
  • 4+ years of experience with best practices for web application testing;
  • 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries to create/identify test data and to validate results;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Experience working in a large, complex client environment;
  • A proactive approach to drive deliverable completion;
  • Ability to interact with diverse groups including managers and subject matter experts;
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Proficiency in tracking test efforts using an Application Development Lifecycle Management (ADLM) tool such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, IBM Rational, SpiraTeam, etc.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field;
  • Experience effectively working in a remote environment;
  • Previous government testing experience;
  • Experience with Tricentis Tosca or other test automation tools.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

This salary range is an estimate based on industry standards and location. It does not reflect any company budget constraints.
