Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Assist with medication administration, including preparing and delivering medications to patients.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking messages, and maintaining patient records.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
