Job Summary:

The Custodial Services Associate is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cleaning and maintaining high standards of hygiene in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors and carpets through vacuuming and polishing.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, ensuring all areas are tidy.
  • Empty and sanitize waste receptacles regularly.
  • Coordinate with different departments to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a cleaning schedule based on facility needs.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist in outdoor maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high performance standards.
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety protocols.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Must comply with all industry regulations.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
