**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient team at OSF HealthCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting health and wellness, and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate care across the continuum.
**What We Offer**
- Competitive compensation: $32.61-$49.28 per hour (based on years of licensure)
- Sign-on bonus eligible: up to $15,000 with a 1-year work commitment
- Generous time-off benefits: 24 hours of vacation and holiday time available from day one for candidates with 5+ years of direct experience
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and support patients' physical symptoms and provide psychological support to patients, friends, and families
- Mentor assigned team members and promote best practices
- Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary care teams to provide care coordination
**Requirements**
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois or Michigan
- American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification
- Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications
