Job Description: As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist at OSF HealthCare Transitional Care Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-level nursing care to critically ill patients. Your duties will include assessing patient symptoms, collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team, and mentoring junior staff members. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
  • Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
