Compensation

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year is available for full-time LPNs, with opportunities to earn more through shift differentials and sign-on bonuses.

Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our facility, you will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment. You will be responsible for monitoring residents' conditions, reporting accordingly, and performing medication administration and treatments per POC.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care, including progress notes and medication records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication.
